Overall Review: Pretty Good. Ed had school tonight so he had cooked it before he left, so I had to reheat my portion in the microwave. I think it would have been even better out of the oven. Filling and yummy :)

From The Box Dinner: Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan
As you know, I am a sucker for a deal, so when this Frozen Dinner went on sale at Bi-lo, I wanted to try it!
